About the IPRO Proposal Process system
The IPRO Proposal Process is an online tool that enables users to create, review and submit project proposals for the IPRO program. After submitting a proposal, users can check the status of their submitted proposal at any time. The IPRO Proposal Process is open to everyone within the IIT community.
Strategies I used to develop this user guide:
- task-by-task approach (as opposed to feature-by-feature)
- short, to-the-point instructions accompanied by visual illustrations
- linked table of contents for easy findability

About the IPRO Peer Review System
The IPRO Peer Review system is an online tool that enables students of IPRO participating teams to rate each other based on given criteria. The results—compiled by the system—are then viewable by faculty in a browser-friendly format and also as downloadable Excel files.
Strategies I used to develop this user guide:
- task-by-task approach (as opposed to feature-by-feature)
- short and clear instructions
- linked table of contents for easy findability
- minimum number of pages while still including all the important information
